WHAT IS THIS ROLE LIKE?
As our next Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Younite AI’s presence in your focus market. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, to drafting proposals and managing client relationships. The role includes regular engagement with clients, preparing sales presentations and coordinating with the technical and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

We’re looking for someone who is both entrepreneurial and disciplined in long-cycle B2B sales. A “builder” who is eager to shape our sales culture, not just a closer.
If you thrive on working at the edge of what is possible, you’ll feel at home here. You will never be alone on projects, our engineers and designers are some of the best storytellers of complex tech, and you will learn how to translate that into real business wins.
You should not be afraid of in-person networking and you should enjoy going to events building a network of leads. There will be opportunities to attend various key industry events and conferences as well as visit clients on locations.
You most likely bring:
- Experience in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to account management
- Insight into long-cycle B2B (tech) sales
- Background or understanding of software, AI, Digital Twins, IoT, or smart infrastructure (a plus)
- A proven track record of impactful customer work and few years of work experience
- Ability to work independently and in hybrid work environment
- High energy, entrepreneurial drive, and resilience in building new markets
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience from Hubspot or similar (a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- A true team player that thrives in collaborative work environments
